Clinical performance i would like to say, but no one other than AB de Villiers looked quite comfortable batting.. Well the Bravo brothers made it look easy… and the younger Bravo just reminds you of the great Brain Lara… Fact of the matter is.. West Indies did not put enough runs on the board and their bowlers lacked the teeth to make any kind of impression… Wonder which team will qualify 4th from Group B? They all have a chance looks like.. All praise for Imran Tahir… those figures would have been any debutant bowlers dream debut.

I thought the Windies would fold like a pack of cards after Gayle’s departure. I’d give them more points just cause they crossed 200.
I am waiting for a minnow to beat a test team to put some spice in the tournament. Otherwise these league matches are a big waste.
I know it’s too much too ask but the 1992 format was the best. Every team plays every team once and the best 4 go into the semis.

I think Ireland and Netherlands have the best chance of upsetting West Indies or Bangladesh… So far I am impressed with the Dutch batting.. lets see what the Irish can do..
